Mike Post

Mike Post is an Emmy-winning recording and mix engineer based in Los Angeles, trusted by acclaimed artists and composers to deliver world-class recordings for artist releases, film, and television. His work contributed to the Emmy Award–winning music for Netflix’s Chef’s Table, and he has supported recording and mix workflows for HBO’s The Pitt. He has collaborated with renowned artists including Andrew Bird, Alice Cooper, She & Him, Rooney, Orion Sun, Jesse Colin Young, and Local Natives. Mike is known for his ability to capture emotionally compelling vocal performances and deliver mixes that meet the highest professional standards across streaming, film, and broadcast. Artists and teams trust him for his technical precision, musical instinct, and ability to elevate performances in a focused, professional recording environment.

Carly Rosenthal

Carly Rosenthal is an operations leader and music business strategist specializing in artist growth, sync licensing, and scalable revenue systems. She leads operations at MooseCat Recording and MooseCat Music, where she oversees business development, client acquisition, publishing relationships, and sync licensing strategy. Carly has built outreach and CRM systems managing tens of thousands of industry contacts across labels, management companies, music supervisors, publishers, and agencies. Her work has directly supported placements, publishing partnerships, and new revenue opportunities for artists, composers, and rights holders. She works closely with artists and their teams to create operational infrastructure that supports long-term career growth, including release strategy, catalog organization, sync pitching pipelines, and industry relationship development. With a background spanning A&R, studio operations, and business development, Carly brings both strategic and operational leadership, helping artists and companies scale efficiently while maximizing creative and financial opportunities.
